Default Javascript specs, to launch printable results window

I have seen several posts on this topic and related topics, but I haven't come
across an answer. Like others in these forums, I would like the learners to see
a readable/printable/emailable document that contains their responses to
questions, along with feedback.

While the standard "generate email" functionality doesn't seem to work
reliably enough to be useful, it appears that it is possible to add a button
that will execute JavaScript that will launch a document or a popup and
populate it.

Does Adobe provide any specifications or other documentation on JavaScript
functions defined within Captivate, the names of the variables that contain the
user input in the quiz questions, etc.?

I tried following the tutorial here
(http://www.adobe.com/devnet/captivat...esults_02.html) but I
can't get it to work and it seems to apply to Cap 2 anyway.

Basically it seems that the Reporting (whether it be to an email or an LMS)
and Execute JavaScript areas of Captivate 3 are not adequately supported by
Adobe's documentation, which means they are of little use to customers right
now. Is that what others are still seeing?

Thanks very much,

-Tom
