Default Connecting to Moodle (LMS/CMS) etc.

I am having the worst time trying to connect any authorware piece to our
current LMS. I am creating the modules (cbt) in Authorware 7.0. I am adding
the LMS Initialize and LMS Send KOs to the file. Here is where the confusion
comes in: I read that I need to also include under the Command tab: The
Learning Content Packager and the Learning Object Metadata Editor. At what
point do I package the file? If anyone could let me know the order in which I
add the info to the file and when to package.

Very Frustrated!
