Default Is there a programme where the Pashto (Afghan) Languagecan be supported into the Flash?

Hello to all
I am just wondering if there is any software where it can have south asian
languages support to be useable along in the Flash? for to be more specific and
clear to you , Iam searching for a software programe which can have the Afghan
language support , where I can use it with the Flash programme . in Adobe Flash
cs3 they have no support for Afghan language .
i hope to get a proper answer.

Authorware can do unicode support via a third-party product, "Atre" I
think it is:

Whether that distinctly can handle Afghan, I don't know.

Flash can certainly support unicode but it can't handle Right-to-Left
languages well at all. Is Afghan an "RtL" language?
