Can you explain what it is that you are encountering? A client recently installed a CBT on a system with Vista Ultimate. The program
plays partilly through a flash movie before Windows pops up a window stating that it has incurred a problem, and will let me her know when it finds a solution, then it states no solution was found, and then shuts the program down. It does not always encounter the problem in the same location of the movie. I have tested the CBT on Vista Business (32bit) and can't replicate the problem. Another user is having a similar problem with a 64 bit system. |

It may be a Flash issue. Check this out:
http://groups.google.com/group/macro...rch+this+group Looks like you're not the only one having problems with Flash on Vista 64-bit. Apparently, if you set Flash to 32-bit compatibility mode it should work. There hasn't been an update to Authorware since v7.02 was released in January of 2004, so I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for an update to the Flash Xtra. They'll probably fix Flash first. -- _______________________ Paul Swanson Portland, Oregon, USA _______________________ "MValen" <webforumsuser@macromedia.com> wrote in message news:f22n0n$p2g$1@forums.macromedia.com... > A client recently installed a CBT on a system with Vista Ultimate.
