Mike,

It says "literal" and the path is ".\Media\Phase III_video\Web_wmvs\".

Amy,

The majority of the videos that don't work have excessively long names. I
thought that was the problem, so I moved everything to the root of the c:drive
and I changed the name of one of the problem videos to test.wmv. This video
still did not publish properly, so I didn't spend the time changing the rest of
the video names.

Does the path have the quotes too or were those in there for us humans?
Do all the ones that don't work have a space in the path?

Mike,

Sorry about that. I added the quotes to make it look pretty. They are not in there.

Did you reset the publish settings so the files are publishing relative to
the new location?

I did. The source file is at c:\VFTX\Source Files and there is a folder
c:\VFTX\media where the videos are located. The publishing settings has
Source: .\Media\ambulatory.wmv. Destination is .\ambulatory.wmv. Does this
look right?

If your Authorware file is at c:\VFTX\Source Files and the wmv file is at
c:\VFTX\media then I think the OBP source should be ..\media\ambulatory.wmx.
The .. to go back up one folder to VFTX. If the media plays in the authoring
mode from the media then the destination should probably be
..\media\ambulatory.wmv I think. That would put it in the media folder
relative to the Authorware file. Depends on the destination of the packaged
file.
