Default LAN setup

I am not a network person.. matter of fact, although I was hired to
learn and work with AW for an existing program, I can assure you the
more I learn, the more I realized I know very little.

With that said, we have come across a problem that has not been seen
before in running this program (exe) over a LAN. There is a login,
instruction, tracks the quiz, prints (Mprint) and then posts to a tab-
delimited file. Unfortunately, despite all permissions being set
properly, the last part doesn't happen (it doesn't post to the tab-
delimited file) and as a result hangs the program. Has anyone come
across a similar problem? We have lots of people running this program
over networks and they have for years. The workstations are XP, the
server; 2003. It works fine on a local machine, but not on the LAN.

I know this is vague, but I am at a loss with my lack of knowledge.
Your help would be appreciated.

Blessings! <><
Becky
