Default getting started with authorware

I have had authorware awhile and could not install it since it was not Vista
compatible last time i checked. Has a patch become available? If so, how do I
get it?

If not, is there a better Adobe product to create elearning modules in? Any
suggestions are welcome

I've been using Authorware 7 on Vista for 2 years (since Vista was in beta).
It runs fine. There;s some issues with delivered content, but nothing that
cannot be dealt with.

Anything really - because Authorware is no longer an active product. If you
are new to eLearning, try Captivate. If you are already a skilled developer
you might prefer Flash, but only if you already know what you are doing.

Flex is getting some good press. Mark's set up a day's training (see other
posts) to get to learn it. But it'll never be as good as AW.

Please use this link for enquiries for the Flex training.

Depends on what you mean by 'good'. In many ways, Flex wipes the floor with
Authorware. Once some more of us have had the opportunity to create
full-blown eLearning applications with Flex, we should start to see some
great resources available to developers.

I go back and forth between the two tools on a daily basis, and I can attest
to this!
