Yes.

Look at commands>LMS

The first two options are what you care about initially. Open the *second*
one, Authorware Learning Object Metadata Editor. There's a Help link in the
window that opens.

Once you've worked your way through that, open the first link Authorware
Learning Object Content Packager. Point it to the folder where you created
the xml metadata file. This will now help you create the zip file you asked
about. Again, there is a Help link.
