Hey Gunter ( I cant seem to find the 2 dots over the U needed for your name!)

Anyway... I dont want to display multiple fields ...when the person clicks ADD I want to load up 2 fields... the person's name, and the company ID. Currently adding, or Editing the list only adds one field.

Am I missing something?
