Does your machine not have a drive labeled C: ??

An identical bug came up during development in which a machine that did not
have a C: drive would throw exactly this error. However, it was marked fixed.

So, if that's the case on your machine PLEASE open a technical support web
case and reply back with the case number so we can investigate further.
